Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese martial art. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements and is recognized for many health and wellness benefits.

DC Mayor's Office on Asian and Pacific Islander Affairs is happy to bring Free Weekly Tai Chi classes to Chinatown Park in Washington DC. It has been starting from May and will last until September, 2017.
Thursday: 8:00AM - 9:00AM
Saturday: 10:45AM - 11:45AM (Saturday sessions start on July 29)
Location: Chinatown Park, at the corner of 5th St. and Mass. Ave. NW, Washington, DC 20001.
