Join us for the very first meditation class at The Well Space! We will be hosting 3 meditation classes a week starting 9/18. Meditation for Wellness classes are for you if: •You are a stressed out human being •You worry too much or you feel overwhelmed often •You have little alone time for yourself •Your anxiety dictates how you live your life •Your thoughts keep you awake at night •You've always wanted to try meditation but think you wouldn't be "good" at it. •You have tried it before, but woud like to try it in a group setting •You want to strengthen your spiritual practice Meditation, for us, is about praciticing being in the present moment. It is about shifting one's mindset and experience of the world, so that we may feel more free in our lives. With this practice, many people report feeling more at ease, less stressed by everyday challenges, have more energy, experience more happiness, sleep better and feel a sense of contentment overall. Meditation has a strong effect on the mind & body, and with consistent practive, can help you create a sustained feeling of overall wellness and joy. Cushions and chairs are provided. Each meditation will be guided.
