Prior to founding GLEAW, Leonard was a Senior Engineering Program Manager at Honeywell International for 26 years specializing in safety critical systems. At the same time, he owned a manufacturing automation consulting company. Leonard holds a patent in Real-Time Statistical Quality Control and has a background in data compression and encryption. Leonard and his wife are global travelers spanning over five decades and is reflected in the GLEAW Technology application approach and engineering.
